The Castle is set within magnificent parkland
and a formal garden originally designed by Mawson in 1910. There
are also beautiful views of the Clwydian hills and the coastline
from the Castle terrace. |

The Castle grounds are open to the public and include formal gardens,
woodland walks, historical sites, nature trails, and orienteering courses.
Occasional special events are also arranged.

A particular feature is the area of practice trenches dating from the
First World War. A Children's play area and picnic site are available (except during
certain events). Tea and refreshments are available in Caffi Castell. |

DOGS: Please note that dogs, other than
guide dogs, are not permitted within the grounds of the Castle.
