The Play Area
The new play area in Rabbit Wood is now OPEN!!Please note that this play equipment is for children aged 14 and younger. Parents are advised that nettles are growing in some areas around this natural woodland site and children should be warned not to touch these plants.
The Play Area is normally available to families visiting the Castle and Grounds on most open days during the year. There are some days when access is unavailable due to the outdoor events that are taking place in the adjoining events field. Please see the events timetable for dates when the play area is not available for general access.
