The hire fee is not negotiable.
We regret that the Dining Room and Staircase Hall are no longer available.

The fee for photography in the grounds is waived if you book one of the wedding rooms. Charges for additional photography apply. All photography is subject to strict rules as set out in our conditions.

The above fees are hire charges and no other service is implied. Bodelwyddan Castle Trust does not supply a wedding co-ordinator and couples must make adequate arrangements to ensure that the arrangements for their marriage are in place on the day. This includes ensuring the availability of the Registrar.

Wedding rehearsals may be arranged through discuss with Trust staff. We regret that we will have to charge for this service at a rate of £50 plus VAT for a rehearsal taking place during our public open hours, or £75 plus VAT at any other time. This charge covers the cost of providing staff to oversee the rehearsal and to provide access to the period rooms as required.
